The countdown is officially on: -21 days to Summer. We’re talking warmer days, even warmer evenings, and six courses of Mark Dickey’s favourite seasonal ingredients.

Dave’s on wine duty, matching each dish with a sparkling pick, perfect for a summer soirée. Because Dave said, it just can’t be a summer supper without a little bit of bubbly.
