The boys are back in town…

Our Sheffield friends our back for the third time to cook a succulent Sichuan dinner.

We can’t overstate how much we love Jack and Ronnie from Bench. We’ve been collaborating with them for years now and always jump at any opportunity to host them when ever our calendars align.

Now Sichuan cooking is not what either of us usually do at the restaurants but it is what we like to eat when we get the opportunity to go for a few beers together. So expect a menu infused with some of our favourite flavours from those not-so-memorable evenings.
