Spring Supper – the one we’ve been waiting for! The sun’s sticking around a little longer, the daffs are having a nosy, the evenings aren’t calling last orders at 6pm anymore, and all we can think about is sitting in the sun with a pint at the local boozer.
It’s the perfect time to get stuck into fresh, locally sourced dishes that showcase the best of the season. Think rump cap tartare, cod croquettes, barbecued asparagus, lamb Barnsley chop, and panna cotta with rhubarb custard malt. That’s what Mark would call “a lovely bit of squirrel.”
