THIS WAS A GOOD ONE…

Nearly four years since their last visit, our friends from the other side of the Peak District, @benchsheffield, joined us once again for a memorable six-course collaboration dinner at Belzan.

This event was long overdue, and we were thrilled to have the talented team from Bench Sheffield back in our kitchen. Together, we created a tasting menu that showcased the best of our favourite flavours. Each course was thoughtfully prepared to highlight seasonal ingredients and some very secret techniques.

It was a celebration of a special friendship, filled with fantastic food, great company, and a shared passion for food.
