Belzan X Coal Rooms

This evening, we had the pleasure of welcoming the fantastic team from @coalrooms in Peckham to Belzan for a truly special collaboration dinner. The talented chefs from Coal Rooms joined together with our own Belzan crew in the kitchen, creating an unforgettable evening.

Adding an extra layer of excitement to the evening, we were extremely lucky to also have @ryegeorge from Kyro Distillery with us. He crafted a couple of outstanding cocktails for the event, using Kyro's award-winning gins. These expertly mixed drinks perfectly complemented the dishes served throughout the night.

The collaboration dinner was a wonderful celebration of culinary creativity and mixology, showcasing the best of what both teams can do.
